Comfort food...
I bought a few pepper lastweek and haven't used them, so today I didn't want them to go to waste and J is sick... so I made a soup out of them and it turned out really good... I pureed the peppers and onions, put them in a pot with some veggie broth, heavy cream, and a dash of flour, when finished I added a bag of corn.
It turned out so creamy and good... comfort food!
Next time for sure I will roast the peppers to give a bolder flavor (I cook, I learn) I like to cook with no meat. I also love to cut up veggies, so relaxing (yes, I am weird)!
Here is the end... yummo!

My famous Cabbage Soup!
This soup will help you lose weight quick~ and its delish! SO HEALTHY! You really do not taste the cabbage, just tons of veggies. I use sodium-free chicken stock, salt makes you way to bloated. This is what I started with:
And finished: YUM!
Ingrediants:
1 larger bell pepper
1 medium to large cabbage
10 large carrots
1 stalk of celery
1 large onion
1 bulk of garlic
1 bunch of cilantro/ or parsly
2 large cans of petite crushed tomatos
Cut everything into small peices put it all in a large pot and let it simmer for 1-2 hours on medium so all the veggies get tender (not mushy) and the flavors come together. Excellant to freeze too.

Amazing Grama!
This song always helps me through hard times.
It was played in my grandmothers funeral.
I could be in a horrible mood, and this brings me to better days.
